DIRECTIONS
FOR USE
ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 - 2 capsules
per serving, morning and evening before exercise.
Build up dosage
over three weeks. Maximum 4 per day. Use in conjunction
with a healthy balanced diet and exercise.
Guarana extract contains caffeine and should
not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine
from the diet. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing
or if you are at risk or are being treated for high
blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, nervousness
or anxiety. Do not use this supplement if you are
taking MAO inhibitor (some antidepressants). If you
are not sure, ask your physician. Do not use if you
have the genetic disease PKU or existing pigmented
malignant melanoma-type cancer. Discontinue use and
consult your health care professional is dizziness,
sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache, heart
palpitations or tingling sensations occur. Not intended
for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of
reach of children. Diabetics may use only under a
physician's supervision because this product contains
chromium picolinate which may enhance insulin sensitivity.
